House Rules
- Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
- Loud noise after 10 p.m. is not allowed ( per the City)
- There is a picnic bench on P3 for a designated smoking area. All units are non-smoking.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
- Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
- We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
- Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
- Rental rates and fees are subject to Florida’s 6% Sales Tax and Volusia County Development 6.5% . Stays of more than 6 months are exempt from this tax.
- Prior to confirmation, rates and/or units are subject to change
- No security deposit is required- Instead we charge a non-refundable damage waiver for which you are protected for accidental damage to your unit or to Moontide’s common area up to $1000, Excess charges could incur for excess cleaning, excess laundry, to return keys or the garage door opened upon departure or intentional damage to the unit.
Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:
You must cancel your reservation in writing up to 60 days prior to check in and all monies will be refunded less a $60 cancellation fee. All cancellations within 60 days of your scheduled arrival dates will result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts. However, if we can re-rent the unit for the same dates/ rate- prepaid amounts will be returned to you- less a $60 cancellation fee.
· In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
